• Place wand at the base of your lashes. Using a micro left-and-right motion, sweep upwards to the tips of your lashes for maximum volume.
• Repeat for effortless length.
• Layer up until your lashes reach the ultimate climax!
• P.S. Don’t stress! The blue and black are supposed to mix!
